Shashank Kasliwal Appointed As Adjunct Professor Of Law, Manipal University Jaipur

For past 8 years, Shashank has been based out of Jaipur and ever since he has been a part of 'Kasliwal Chambers, Advocates since 1932', which is one of the oldest law chambers in the Country.

He regularly appears for Company matters, IBC matters, Writ cases, direct and indirect taxation matters, arbitrations, civil matters including property disputes, Stamp matters, pharma disputes, mining matters, labour issues, consumer matters etc.

Shashank is a standing counsel for various organisations such as National Stock Exchange of India Limited, ITC Hotels Limited etc. In the year 2021, Mr. Kasliwal was also appointed as one of the 12 advocates, pan India, on panel of advocates for National Internet Exchange of India, for a term of 3 years.

Apart from above, Shashank is a firm believer of contributing to the legal profession and is associated with various law colleges across Rajasthan. In May 2021, Amity Law School, Jaipur had appointed Shashank as one of the founding Members of its Industry Advisory Counsel and he has been an integral part of the said committee ever since.

In the year 2023, Manipal University, Jaipur, formed a 'Council of Industry Experts' and has appointed Shashank as its Founding Secretary.

As part of the Advisory Counsel and Council of Industry Experts, he is involved in helping the institution to understand industry related practical problems and offering solutions thereof, regularly giving guest lectures etc.
