The Central Government on Friday (August 8) notified appointments of nine Judges to High Courts of Andhra Pradesh, Calcutta, Delhi, Chhattisgarh and Karnataka. The Central Government on Friday (August 8) notified appointments of nine Judges to High Courts of Andhra Pradesh, Calcutta, Delhi, Chhattisgarh and Karnataka. 

Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal took to 'X' (formerly Twitter)  to notify the appointments. 

These are:

Additional Judges Justice Harinath Nunepally, Justice Kiranmayee Mandava, Justice Sumathi Jagadam and Justice Nayapathy Vijay have been appointed as Judges of Andhra Pradesh High Court. 

Additional Judges Justice Partha Sarathi Sen and Justice Apurba Sinha Ray have been appointed as Judges of Calcutta High Court.

Judicial Officer Vimal Kumar Yadav has been appointed as Judge of Delhi High Court. 

Additional Judge Justice Ravindra Kumar Agrawal, has been appointed as Judge of Chattisgarh High Court

Additional Judge Justice GS Basavaraja has been appointed as Judge of Karnataka High Court
