The Gujarat High Court Advocates' Association (GHCAA) has unanimously resolved that the members of the bar will abstain from work with immediate effect, opposing the proposed recommendation to transfer Justice Sandeep Bhatt. 

There is no official communication/ collegium resolution regarding the proposed transfer uploaded on the Supreme Court's website as of now. 

The GHCAA has also decided to form a committee consisting of bar members which will be making a representation before the Supreme Court seeking an audience with the Chief Justice of India and the collegium members regarding the proposal to transfer Justice Bhatt. These members are, GHCAA President Brijesh Trivedi, advocate Hardik Brahmbhatt, senior advocate Asim Pandya, advocates Babubhai Mangukya, advocate Dipen Dave and advocate Bhargav Bhatt.
