"I just want to share something with you. Yesterday when I landed at Jabalpur Airport and was coming to Judges guest house. On left side there was a small temple of Banjari Mata which is the name of my village in Mirzapur district UP. I got darshan of my village on the way. This was first signal. Second signal was told by my staff that I have been allotted Court No 25, and 25 is my birthdate. So two signals I got of welcome from the divinity. Madhya Pradesh is not new to me because my roots are here...My parent high court is Allahabad High Court and it is called that where you get elevated it is your parent high court...But I say that as my mother belongs to Madhya Pradesh and so Madhya Pradesh High Court is my parent high court. I have spent most of my childhood, cherished memories I have with this place. I have seen almost all parts of Madhya Pradesh. Many of my relatives and my friends they are all from Madhya Pradesh...I may have travelled from Allahabad High Court To Madras High Court and now I have come to Madhya Pradesh High Court...So I wish that I get retired from Madhya Pradesh and do not wish to go anywhere else...I will try to deliver my best and I need your blessings...With your blessings, support and blessings of the Chief Justice I will be able to perform my duties to the best of my ability," Justice Singh said.
