Born on 28th May 1968 in Ahmedabad, Justice Pancholi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad (Gujarat University), followed by a Master of Law (Commercial Group) from Sir LA Shah Law College, Ahmedabad, under Gujarat University.
He joined the Bar in September 1991 and began practising as an advocate before the High Court of Gujarat. He served as Assistant Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor in the High Court for seven years, until March 2006.
Justice Pancholi was appointed Honorary Joint Editor of the law journal The Gujarat Law Herald for two years. He also served as visiting faculty at Sir LA Shah Law College, Ahmedabad, from December 1993, continuing in that role for twenty-one years.
Over the course of his practice, Justice Pancholi handled significant matters across various branches of law, including Criminal Law, Civil Law, Property Law, Service Law, Family Law, Banking Law, and others.
He was elevated as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Gujarat on 1st October 2014, and confirmed as a Permanent Judge on 10th June 2016.
