Four advocates were sworn in as Additional Judges of the Telangana High Court today ( 31st July).

The oath was administered by the newly appointed Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh; who was sworn in, earlier this month (19th July) by the Governor at Raj Bhavan.

The Supreme Court Collegium on 2nd July had recommended the names of advocates Gouse Meera Mohiuddin, Chalapathi Rao Suddala, Gadi Praveen Kumar and Vakiti Ramakrishna Reddy as judges of the High Court. Centre cleared their names on 28th July.

With these judges sworn in, the strength of judges in Telangana has risen to 30.
