Essential Qualification and Experience
• Degree in LL.B. with minimum 2+ years of post qualification experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive approach.
• Result orientated, committed and with strong sense of discipline.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Need to respond and support for all legal cases against the bank in the hub
• Monitor all the customers vehicles and other assets and initiate legal proceedings for recovery of dues
• Need to ensure suitable legal action and other Proceedings are initiated for repossessing the asset & recover the outstanding dues after reviewing the NPA contracts with the SLC
• Need to monitor all statutory compliances licenses in the hub.
• Legal Executive is responsible to support and coordinate for all legal activities of Induslnd Bank in the hub.
