Essential Qualification and Experience

• The applicant should possess Bachelor's/master's degree in law.

• The applicant should possess work experience of at least two years in litigation or as a Researcher/Consultant in the field.

• Good English and Hindi speaking and writing skills.

• Good knowledge of computers for preparing documents, presentations, datasheets.

• The applicant should not be more than 40 years of age as on the last date of submission of application and should be in good health.

• Desirable: (a) Work experience in Government of India/State Governments will be preferred. (b) Understanding of rules and procedures on personnel and service matters in Government of India. (c) The applicant should be willing to travel to other geographies, if needed for functional reasons.
