Essential Qualification and Experience

Deputy Registrar

• Degree in Law + 10 years of relevant experience OR Master's in Law + 8 years' experience

• Desirable: Ph.D. in Intellectual Property

Assistant Registrar

• Degree in Law + 5 years' experience OR Master's in Law + 3 years' experience

• Desirable: Ph.D. in Intellectual Property

Examiner of Trade Marks

• Degree in Law + 2 years' experience in legal/IP matters

• Desirable: Master's in Intellectual Property
