Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in social media management, content coordination, or digital marketing (preferably in a law firm or professional services setup).

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram trends, hashtags, and analytics.

• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Adobe) or ability to brief designers effectively.

• Excellent writing, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a sense of brand positioning.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, website, and newsletters.

• Coordinate with the design team to ideate and execute creatives, videos, reels, and infographics.

• Assist in drafting captions, taglines, post descriptions, and campaign copy in line with brand voice.

• Track engagement metrics and prepare performance reports for digital content.

• Maintain a content calendar for ongoing and upcoming legal updates, firm announcements, events, and thought leadership pieces.

• Ensure consistency of branding, formatting, and tone across all communication channels.

• Coordinate with internal teams for input, approvals, and timely dissemination of firm updates.
