Essential Qualification and Experience
• Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in professional services or law firm setup.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HR tools/software, and documentation.
• Ability to multitask, maintain discretion, and independently manage operational workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with the firm's culture and objectives.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding across legal and non-legal roles, including coordination with hiring partners.
• Manage employee lifecycle functions such as performance reviews, confirmation, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and HRIS/database upkeep.
• Handle vendor management, procurement, office maintenance, and general administration.
• Coordinate internal communication protocols.
• Act as a point of contact between management and staff to ensure smooth operations and a collaborative work environment.
