Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's/master's degree in law, Engineering, or Sciences, Management (preferably with IP specialization).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in patent searching, drafting, or prosecution.

• Desirable: (a) In-depth knowledge of Indian and international IP laws (patents, copyrights, designs), (b) Proficiency in legal drafting and communication with patent offices, (c) Strong analytical skills and familiarity with technical research outputs, and (d) Certification as a Patent Agent (Indian Patent Office) is a plus.
