Essential Qualification and Experience

• Master's degree in Law with specialization in the field of International Law or International Relations or International Organizations from a recognized University.

• Ten years' experience as an Advocate in a Court of law in India or in the legal services of the Government or teaching or conducting or guiding research in the field of law from recognized university or institute of which at least eight years shall be in the field of International Law or international relations, after acquiring minimum educational qualification.
