Essential Qualification and Experience

• Graduate/post graduate degree in law from a recognized University/ institution.

• Retired Government / Central or State PSU officers.

• Minimum 15 years working experience in the relevant field i.e. legal matters.

• He should have worked in grade pay of Rs. 7600/- or above or equivalent pay scales for at least 5 years before retirement.
