Essential Qualification and Experience

• LL.B. from any recognized university in India.

• Registration as an Advocate with the Bar council.

• Experience of 10 years or more in handling criminal matters as an Advocate.

• No criminal case shall be pending against him/her.

• An unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by the Government of India from time to time.
