Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers working in the Central Government or Recognised Research Institutions or Autonomous Organizations in India: (a) holding analogous posts on a regular basis; or (b) 10 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in pay Level 10 / equivalent pay scale or above in the parent cadre/department in relevant area, out of which at least 03 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in pay Level 11 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department in relevant area.

• A Post Graduate Degree from a recognised University with minimum 50% marks.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in general administration / finance and accounts / establishment / stores & purchase, etc. in a senior position in Central Government or State Government or Universities or Recognised Research Institutions or Semi Government or Statutory / Autonomous Organizations or PSUs.

• Desirable: (a) Degree / Diploma in Law / Human Resource Management / Financial Management / Logistics Management / Industrial Relations, (b) Practical work experience in Civil works, (c) Knowledge of computer-aided management, and (d) Any extra relevant qualification will be an extra advantage.
