NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad invites online application for the post of Researcher cum Field investigator under the research project titled: “Unveiling Women's Workplace Realities: A Study of the Functioning of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity in Hyderabad and Bengaluru's IT Industry”, It is supported by the National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG), CII.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Master's in Law, Gender Studies, Sociology, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related fields; research and fieldwork experience; familiarity with DEI, labour laws, ESG; MS Office proficiency (NVivo/SPSS/R preferred); strong local language communication skills (Kannada or Telugu); and ability to follow protocols and travel locally.
