National Cooperative Development Corporation invites application for the post of Young Professional (Legal) on contract basis.

No. of Post: 02 (Two)

Age Limit: 35 Years

Location: 1-Head Office, New Delhi and 1-Regional Office, Pune

Remuneration: Rs. 30,000 – 70,000/- per month (Negotiable)

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in law and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.

• 02 years post qualification experience in the areas of legal/ financial documentation, mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation, recovery suits/ claims, SARFAESI etc. and matters relating to litigation in different Courts of Law/ Tribunals preferably in banks/ financial institutions and conversant with use of computer and related software.
