Singhania & Co. Acted As Legal Advisors To FITT On Key Investment In Motorama EV Private Limited

Singhania & Co. acted as legal advisors for Foundation For Innovation and Technology Transfer (“FITT”), an industry Academia interface organization, established by IIT Delhi to facilitate Research Translation, Technology Development, R&D Collaboration, Start-up Incubation and Mentoring, in connection with its co-investment in Motorama EV Private Limited a company operating in the electric mobility and clean energy technology sector alongside SIDBI and Campus Angels Network.

Motorama EV Private Limited is a New Delhi-based clean-tech startup developing rare-earth-free BLDC motors and controllers for electric vehicles and HVAC systems, combining deep expertise in repair, R&D, and manufacturing to deliver sustainable and efficient motor solutions.

S&Co. advised FITT on the investment transaction, providing end-to-end support, including document review, drafting transaction agreements, and leading negotiations with the Company and its advisors.
