KJAC & Associates (Advocates & Solicitors) ("Firm") has announced that Pranav Khatavkar is associating with the Firm as its Cross-Border Banking, Insolvency & Restructuring Strategist & Consultant.
Pranav is an experienced international lawyer having over 10 years of extensive experience specializing in Cross-Border banking, finance, regulatory, commercial, insolvency and restructuring mandates. He has advised clients on complex international transactions, financial regulations, capital restructuring, distressed asset resolution and strategic investments across India and major global financial centres. His multidisciplinary practice covers credit and capital markets, structured finance, private equity, fintech and emerging technologies, with a strong emphasis on commercial strategy and regulatory compliance.
Pranav has previously worked with White & Case LLP in New York as part of its global restructuring team and has held in-house legal roles at Drip Capital, J.C. Flowers ARC and Yes Bank Ltd. He holds degrees from Northwestern University and Symbiosis International University and has completed advanced programs in law and finance from Harvard, LSE, INSOL International, the World Bank, NACM and American College of Bankruptcy.
