[Advt.] MNLU Mumbai: 1 Year PG Diploma In Crime Investigation, Medical Jurisprudence & Forensic Science (2025-26)

The Centre for Research in Criminal Justice (CRCJ), Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai (MNLU Mumbai) is inviting applications for its One-Year Post-Graduate Diploma in Crime Investigation, Medical Jurisprudence & Forensic Science (2025-26). Admissions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

This interdisciplinary programme has been designed to meet the demand for professionals equipped to tackle challenges in modern-day crime, including white-collar offences, cybercrime, cross-border infractions, and medico-legal issues. Through a blend of lectures, assignments, workshops, field visits, and expert sessions, the course equips participants with practical skills in investigation, forensic methodologies, and medical jurisprudence.

• Medium of Instruction: English
• Course Duration: One year divided into 02 semesters
• Course Dates: Start: 30th October 2025; End: October 2026.
• Classes: Weekends and Public Holidays only.
• Exams: On holidays Lecture Recordings: Will be shared with the students.
• Subjects: Sem 1: 04 papers; Sem 2: 04 papers and 01 Research Project.
• Modes of Learning: Mainly lectures and assignments. The Course may feature field visits, seminars, workshops, conferences, and special lectures delivered by industry experts.
• Total Seats: 60; seat allotment is subject to discretion of the University.
• Course Completion Duration: Participants have a maximum of 03 years to complete the course; failure to do so may necessitate re-registration, subject to the university's terms and conditions.

Course Application

1. Fill out the application form where applicants should upload the following documents:

• Updated Resume/CV
• Passport Size Photo (in Formal attire; no Selfies)
• Government ID (permitted proofs: Passport, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving License)
• If completed UG: UG Degree Certificate (or) Provisional Certificate (OR) if still pursuing: Valid ID Card of UG degree.

2. Submit the application and it will be reviewed carefully. If the applicant meets the eligibility criteria, the University will send an email offering a seat in the course.
