High Court Of Chhattisgarh Virtually Inaugurates Additional Bar Room In Balodabazar; Foundation Stones Laid For Civil Court Buildings At Bhatapara, Simga & Kasdo
The High Court of Chhattisgarh today virtually inaugurated the Newly Constructed Additional Bar Room at the District & Sessions Court, Balodabazar. The ceremony also included the Virtual Bhoomi Poojan and Laying of Foundation Stone for the upcoming Civil Court Buildings at Bhatapara, Simga, and Kasdol under District Balodabazar–Bhatapara.
The virtual ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Mr. Justice Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice, High Court of Chhattisgarh, who virtually inaugurated the newly constructed Bar Room and laid the foundation stones for the proposed Civil Court Buildings.
After the virtual inauguration, a brief video presentation was displayed, showcasing the newly constructed Bar Room and the architectural plans for the proposed Court Buildings at Bhatapara, Simga, and Kasdol.
Mr. Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey, Judge, High Court of Chhattisgarh and Portfolio Judge for District Balodabazar–Bhatapara, graced the programme along with the Registrar General and Officers of the Registry, the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Judicial Officers, District Magistrates, Superintendent of Police, Office-bearers of Bar Associations, and court personnel of District Balodabazar–Bhatapara. Judicial Officers of other districts joined the event virtually.
In his address, the Chief Justice Mr. Ramesh Sinha emphasized the importance of modern Judicial infrastructure as the foundation of an efficient justice delivery system. His Lordship underlined that well-equipped court complexes and facilities not only enhance the working environment for Judicial Officers and Advocates but also serve as symbols of trust and accessibility for the common citizens seeking justice. His Lordship appreciated the collective efforts of the District Judiciary and Administration of Balodabazar-Bhatapara in realizing these infrastructure projects, which will greatly benefit the legal fraternity and the public at large.
The programme commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Abdul Zahid Qureshi, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Balodabazar-Bhatapara, who expressed gratitude to the Chief Justice and other dignitaries for their gracious presence and constant guidance.
The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Shri Girish Pal Singh, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balodabazar-Bhatapara , who extended heartfelt gratitude to the Chief Justice, Judges, Officers of the Registry, Officials of the District Administration, and all members of the Judiciary and Bar whose contributions made the event a success.
