Course Introduction

Mugging up the relevant sections of the Copyright Act, 1957 and reproducing them in exams is one thing—but applying these provisions in real-world scenarios is another. The Copyright Mastery Course with Advocate Rahul Bajaj (Rhodes Scholar) bridges that critical gap. It is designed to equip learners with practical knowledge and legal insight required to advise clients and handle copyright issues across varied forums—courtrooms, negotiations, and beyond.

The curriculum emphasizes practical challenges, the enforcement journey of copyrights, and a nuanced understanding of exceptions and defenses. The course is taught by an instructor who combines deep academic knowledge with rich hands-on experience.
