Bhushan: major problem is - they are saying that anybody whose name is not in the draft roll now will have to file claim in Form 6. Form 6 is claim for inclusion of a fresh voter. Not for correction of entries. Further, they are saying though Form 6 just requires declaration and Aadhaar card, some addl documents out of the specified 11 required. This is one necessary clarification
