Marking International Peace Day, E-Mediation Writings (EMW)—a platform of the mediators, by the mediators, for the mediators—launched its 7th Genxt Online Classroom Series on Mediation Education under the banner “Sutradhhaar – Weaving Thread of Harmony.”
The online inaugural ceremony was attented by Justice Ujjal Bhuyan, Judge, Supreme Court of India, as the Chief Guest.Justice Ujjal Bhuyan said:“There is time for every idea to be accepted and flourish. And I am convinced that mediation has finally arrived in our country. India is a land of peace and ahimsa. India is a land of Buddha and Gandhi. Therefore, I see no reason why mediation will not be embraced by the community at large in India.”

With participation from law students representing 21 States and Union Territories of India, the program reinforced EMW's mission of “Continuous Mediation Education.”
Organized in association with NEEV – Foundation for Legal Aid and The Global Resolution Forum, the initiative aspires to nurture dialogue, harmony, and conflict resolution skills among the next generation peace-makers.
Speaking at the launch, Team EMW highlighted that “Sutradhhaar” seeks to weave together young legal minds with the threads of peace and understanding, strengthening mediation as a cornerstone of justice
