    The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) is a non-profit company registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956. It was established by the Palkhivala Foundation to promote institutional arbitration in India, in response to the burden on Indian courts and the need for timely dispute resolution. By offering infrastructure and arbitration-friendly services, NPAC has emerged as a centre in the field of institutional arbitration and is committed to developing arbitration practices in India.

    The NPAC International Conference on Arbitration 2025 aims to bring together global and Indian leaders in arbitration including senior judges, arbitrators, legal professionals, academicians, institutional representatives, and corporate counsel.
