Rahul Easwar Moves Kerala HC Seeking Anticipatory Bail In Complaint Filed By Actress

Reportedly, Rahul Easwar made adverse comments against the dressing style of the actress while discussing the Boby Chemmanur case in news channel debates. Boby Chemmanur is currently in judicial custody in the case of sexual harassment filed by the actress.

The actress through an Instagram post said that she had filed a case against Rahul Easwar for allegedly creating a public perception against her and being the reason of incessant cyber bullying she is facing from the public.

Rahul Easwar in his bail petition mentioned that he only expressed 'constructive criticism' against the actress. He further submits that there was no intention to slander the defacto complainant. He also said that he was not justifying the act of Boby Chemmanur and even mentioned that Boby Chemmanur should apologise to the actress. He also submitted that he was not instigating anybody to defame the complainant.
