Essential Qualification and Experience

• Regular full time Degree in Law (LL.B. - 3 years) with first division or equivalent CGPA with Minimum 50% Marks OR Degree in 5 years integrated course in Law from a recognized University with first division or equivalent CGPA with Minimum 50% Marks.

• Minimum post qualification experience of 08 years in drafting/vetting/execution of legal documents, legal research, corporate law, contract management or legal compliance including in-depth knowledge of applicable corporate/commercial legislations with expertise in DRT/Civil/Criminal Courts and Arbitration proceedings in Banks/Financial Institutions/PSUs/CPSEs.

• Preference to candidates competent in analyzing legal/security packages and handling documentation independently.
