Essential Qualification and Experience

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or with 5 (five) years' regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the posts in Level-11 of the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or with seven years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

• Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized University with 10 years of practice as an Advocate in conducting criminal case.
