Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in review of agreements related to hiring of different types of resources

• Draft and review documents related to requests pertaining to employment laws

• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as talent team, legal experts, general counsel

• Performing legal research on employment laws legal aspects as may be required

• Prepare a monthly legal update tracker on employment laws and circulate within OGC/legal team; Assist the talent team in relation to notices received from labour office, employee matter as well as workforce related

• Assist in review of talent policies (new as well as existing) from employment and contractual law standpoint

• Assist human resource and business teams in employment law compliance reviews and responses

• Willingness to assume additional responsibilities as needed; and other related legal responsibilities as the Firm may assign from time to time to protect its interests
