Essential Qualification and Experience

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Candidate should have 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in corporate and/or real estate law.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in reading and writing Tamil contract and agreement
• Candidate should be able to read and Write Tamil and English.

Role & Responsibility

1. Corporate Legal Transactions

a) Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.

b) Assisting in corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance matters.

c) Conducting legal due diligence for corporate transactions.

2. Real Estate Transactions

a) Advising on real estate acquisitions, leases, and joint development agreements.

b) Reviewing and drafting sale deeds, lease agreements, and title documentation.

c) Conducting property title searches and legal verifications.

3. Research and Advisory

a) Conducting legal research and preparing reports on corporate and real estate laws.

b) Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients.

4. Client Interaction

a) Assisting in client consultations and coordinating to ensure seamless legal support.

b) Representing clients in negotiations and providing strategic inputs.
