Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers of the Central or State Government or Central or State Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous or Statutory bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or with five-year service of on regular basis in posts in the level 10 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500/-) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and

• Possessing a degree in law from a Government recognized University or Institute.
