Essential Qualification and Experience

• The Advocate must possess a bachelor's degree in law from a university recognized by Bar Council of India.

• Must be registered as an advocate with the Bar Council of any state in India.

• Must have at least 5 years of experience of practicing as an Advocate, out of which at least 02 years of experience of working in Hon'ble High Court.

• Good Knowledge of English and Hindi language and drafting skills is a must.
