Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should be a registered Patent Agent with master's degree in science with technical qualification and atleast 5 years of post-qualification experience of working in patents department of a reputed IP Law Firm.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Patent searching;

• Filing;

• Prosecution, drafting FER responses, pre grant and post grant oppositions, etc.

• Attending hearings before the Controller and

• Associated administrative tasks.
