Essential Qualification and Experience

• A Bachelor of laws degree from a recognised university in India and admitted to practice Law.

• Minimum five years of experience in the practice of law, out of which at least 3 years of experience in the practice of law in the High Court or 3 years of experience in defending cases in Supreme Court / High Court on behalf of the Government in Government Departments/ Departmental Offices.

• CCC+ Level computer knowledge
