Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate must have LL.B. or LLM degree in law.

• The candidate must be a law graduate and charter holder from a recognized university.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in legal profession.

• The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the Revenue and Rehabilitation Acts, and should be knowledgeable about all types of laws such as service, administrative, and department inquiries, etc, so that he can carry out legal proceedings efficiently.

• The candidate must have adequate knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English.
