Delhi State Legal Services Authority invites application for the post of Other Persons/Member, Permanent Lok Adalat.

Name of the Post: Other Persons/Member

Essential Qualification and Experience

• A person who is, or has been, in the employment of any Central or State Electricity Authority or in Distribution Companies with experience of more than 20 years in service and/or who has obtained selection grade or super time scale in the highest cadre in the concerned Department/Undertaking/Company/PSU and conversant with technical aspect of generation, distribution and supply of electricity besides lying down of the tariffs and assessment of bills or charges for consumption of electricity and disputes arising there from;

• Candidates with Legal Background shall be preferred.
