Essential Qualification and Experience

• Ph.D. or M.Phil.

• Minimum 15 years of extensive professional experience in insolvency, bankruptcy, legal or regulatory institutions and experience of conducting research, policymaking, or legal/regulatory institutions.

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
