Essential Qualification and Experience

• Secretary to the Ombudsman shall be a Law graduate from a recognized University having at least fifteen (15) years of work experience as an executive in the middle management out of which minimum five (5) years' experience shall be in carrying out functions of legal nature.

• Desirable: The Experience of working in regulatory bodies/local bodies/public utilities and/or convening meetings of board of Directors in a company or corporation will be desirable.
