Institute Of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences invites application for the post of Standing Counsel(s) in Institute of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences (IIIBAS), GNCTD for representing IIIBAS in the court matters relating to Patient, Service, Labour Court, Arbitration, RTI related, NGT and all other related matters related to students etc.

Age Limit: 50 Years

Essential Qualification and Experience

• The applicant must have valid empanel1ment with any department of GNCTD.

• Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university and registration with Bar Council of Delhi.

• Professional experience of not less than 07 (Seven) years in the High Court in handling different types of cases most particularly MHA, 2017 related. Labour. Service matters. Arbitration, Writs etc.

• Having Good communication skills and good knowledge of various law and procedures.
