Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a University/ Institution recognized by UGC, enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of State in which he /she is practicing and two years' of experience in dealing with Civil Service/ Labour Arbitration cases and exposure to drafting of Agreement/MOUs/Deeds, speaking orders etc after enrolment.
