Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should have LL.B. degree – Premium Institutes Only – Regular Only.

• Preference given to candidates with 10 years as Law Officer in NBFC or ARC or Bank.

• Working knowledge and experience of NCLT, Specific Laws Related to Recovery – SARFAESI Act 2002 (amended from time to time), IBC 2016 and related acts is a Must Requisite.

• Good communication skills.

• Candidates who have done RP course- Resolution Professional will be preferred.
