Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and handle cases filed against hank in various courts, tribunals and forums.

• Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the bank on banking related matters.

• Conduct research and analysis of legal issues, preparing opinions, reports and documents as required.

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents related to banking.

• Stay updated on changed in laws, regulations, and industry practices related to banking and financial services.
