Essential Qualification and Experience

• Retired District Judge and Additional District and Sessions Judge of Uttar Pradesh Higer Judicial Service.

• A Legal practitioner with at least ten years' experience in the District Court and outside Court at the District Court level.

• Professional/experts having at least 15 years' experience and having knowledge of the field of law.

• Persons and institutions who are exerts in arbitration and are approved and recognized by the High Court.
