Essential Qualification and Experience

Program Executive (Legal)

• Candidate should have LL.B. degree with 4 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field; Or LLM with 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

• Experience as legal adviser/executive etc. for a renowned Company, Government Departments PSUs etc.

• Experience related to legal documentation, case filing/representation in court of law, Contract management, legal interpretation, arbitration, etc.

• Knowledge about various acts, Rules & Regulations applicable to Startups, MSMEs, Govt. Departments, companies etc.

Deputy Program Executive (Legal)

• Candidate should have LL.B. with 1 year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field; Or Candidates with LLM Degree may be considered without any post-qualification experience.

• Experience as legal adviser/executive etc. for a renowned Company, Government Departments PSUs etc.

• Experience related to legal documentation, case filing/representation in court of law, Contract management, legal interpretation, arbitration, etc.

• Knowledge about various acts, Rules & Regulations applicable to Startups, MSMEs, Govt. Departments, companies etc.
