Project Associate – II: Rs. 50,000 per month

Project Associate – I: Rs. 45,000 per month

Project Assistant – II: Rs. 35,000 per month

Essential Qualification and Experience

Project Associate – II

• Candidates with M.Tech./M.S./M.Phil. or equivalent with consistently good (>= 1st Division) academic record (class 10 onwards) (Candidates showcasing exceptional experience and skill set may be exempted from this) experience in leadership development, training, organizational or policy development; Or

• B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc./M.C.A./LLM./CA/CMA/CS/MBA/Professional qualification or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with consistently good (>= 1st Division) academic record (class 10 onwards) (Candidates showcasing exceptional experience and skill set may be exempted from this) and with a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in leadership development, training, organizational or policy development; (OR)

• B.C.A./B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./B.B.A./LL.B. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline with consistently good (>= 1st Division) academic record (class 10 onwards) (Candidates showcasing exceptional experience and skill set may be exempted from this) and with a minimum of 06 years of post-qualification experience in leadership development, training, organizational or policy development.

Project Associate – I

• B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc./M.C.A./LLM./CA/CMA/CS/MBA/Professional qualification or equivalent with consistently good (>= 1st Division) academic record (class 10 onwards) (Candidates showcasing exceptional experience and skill set may be exempted from this); (OR)

• B.C.A./B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./B.B.A./LL.B. or equivalent qualification with consistently good (>= 1st Division) academic record (class 10 onwards) (Candidates showcasing exceptional experience and skill set may be exempted from this) and with a minimum of 04 years of post-qualification experience in leadership development, training, organizational or policy development.
