Essential Qualification and Experience

Senior Associate

• Candidate with 3-years litigations experience before Commercial Courts in Delhi.

• Strong drafting and research skills and knowledge of commercial courts procedures.

Junior Associate

• Candidate with 6 months of litigation experience.

• Strong drafting and research skills and knowledge of NI Act and Commercial Courts Act procedures.
