Essential Qualification and Experience

• Qualified CS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additional qualifications, such as Bachelor of Legislative Law (LL.B.) would be an added advantage.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 02 years' of post qualification experience in Secretarial/Compliance functions.

• Experience of handling work involving regulators is desirable.
