Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Law from a recognised University or equivalent with 7 years' experience in legal matters in a Central/State Government Department or Union Territory Administration; OR

• Should be a qualified legal practioner who is an advocate or pleader and has practiced as such for a period of 4 years.

• Knowledge of Konkani.

• Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Portuguese Laws. (ii) Knowledge of Marathi.
