Call For Articles For GNLU-CPIL Magazine Volume I Issue II

The Centre for Public International Law (CPIL) at Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar, invites submissions for Volume I, Issue II of the GNLU-CPIL Magazine. The Magazine serves as a platform for scholars, practitioners, and students to contribute to contemporary debates in Public International Law, Private International Law, Human Rights Law, Humanitarian Law, Foreign Policy, and related fields.
The upcoming issue will be focused on Private International Law. The themes are inclusive not exclusive. Articles related to the thematic focus will also be considered.
- Transnational Family Law & Cross-Border Recognition (custody disputes, surrogacy, adoption)
- Climate Justice & Private International Law (corporate liability, jurisdictional challenges, climate migration)
- Investor–State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) (enforcement issues, reforms, treaty interpretations)
- Corporate Accountability Across Borders (supply chain due diligence, EU CSDDD, extraterritorial liability)
- Personal Status Recognition (same-sex relationships, adoption, gender recognition)
- Digital Economy (cryptocurrency disputes, conflicts in data protection regimes, AI governance, e-commerce jurisdiction)

Word Limit: 3000–3500 words (exceptions considered)
